Tough Gauge - CCG - tough to live in contaminants Jul 6, 2015

Tough gauge is a unique vacuum gauge whose electrodes can be heated up while measuring pressure to avoid contaminants deposited on them for longer life and keeping accuracy. Available in B-A and CCG.

Japan Vacuum Instruments Ltd. represents Ampere Inc's Tough gauges, which are patented new vacuum gauges whose electrodes can be heated up while measuring pressure in order to avoid contaminants deposited on them. Tough gauge works under corrosive and contaminating gases without loosing accuracy of measurement. The temperature of the Tough Mode can be selected from 300, 500 and 600ºC and proved longer life under Pthalic acid, Adipic acid, Siloxane...etc.
There are 2 types of Tough Gauges, which are B-A and Cold Cathode gauges and both gauges has a variety of constructions, i.e. all-in-one, sensor and controller...etc.
UHV GGC Tough Gauge with combination mode is available.
