The Department of Physics in Hull is considered to be one of the top in the UK for its teaching and for the job prospects of its graduates. Join our structured 1-year programme and you’ll cover a range of contemporary topics as well as gain valuable experience in the research environment.

It comprises two taught semesters and one semester research project, which will be undertaken in one of our research labs. You’ll study courses on spintronics, soft nanotechnology, nanomechanics, light emitting polymers, Janus particles, analytical techniques and many more.

Course enrolments every September.
