The allowed region of the masses of supersymmetric particles is indicated by the blue area in the m0, m½ plane, where m0(m½) are the grand unification scale masses of the spin-0 (1/2) SUSY particles. The EGRET data require low m½ values, which implies values of m0 in the tera-electron-volt range, if all constraints from the Higgs limit (mh), g-2 and the b →sγ branching ratio are considered (limits exclude regions to the left). The correct relic density prefers large values of tan β (the ratio of vacuum expectation values of the two Higgs fields) for these mass parameters, typically above 50.
