Bohrium chemistry

A schematic view of the apparatus for bohrium chemistry, illustrating the various steps that are involved in producing and isolating the element's oxychloride. Because of its volatility, bohrium can be distinguished from its neighbouring elements in the on-line gas-chromatography apparatus (OLGA) and its presence can be determined from its decay chain in the rotating wheel multidetector analyser (ROMA).
